Prof. Dr. Sarfaraz Ahmed Khan is a distinguished legal scholar and Professor at the School of Criminal Justice & Administration at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata.[reference:12] He serves as the General Secretary of the Indo-British Scholars Association, British Council, Kolkata.[reference:13] He is also the founder of Saket Public School, where he provides free education to underprivileged children.[reference:14] His research focuses on criminal justice administration, human rights, anti-human trafficking law, and alternative dispute resolution.[reference:15]
